1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Player" or "Account Holder" means any natural person who has completed the registration process and holds an active tk8888 account.
• "Account Balance" means the total of real-money funds deposited and winnings credited to a Player's account, net of withdrawals and wagers settled against that balance.

2.2 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tk8888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

2.3 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. 2.4 tk8888 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and ownership of payment methods used. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of the request may result in temporary suspension of account functionality, including withdrawal processing.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

3.2 Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. tk8888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the tk8888 support team immediately by contacting us at the email address provided on this website. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 The minimum deposit amount at tk8888 is ৳500 unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular promotion. Deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) in real time upon confirmed receipt from your chosen payment provider.

4.2 tk8888 accepts deposits via the following locally supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other methods as displayed at the time of deposit. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. tk8888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, third-party wallets, or payment methods not previously used for deposit without prior written approval from the compliance team.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and approved within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of peak demand, public holidays (including Eid, Victory Day on 16 December, or Independence Day on 26 March), or when KYC verification is outstanding.

4.5 tk8888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or mobile wallet operator may impose their own transaction fees, for which tk8888 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 tk8888 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. 5.6 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, using bonus funds to minimise risk through hedging strategies, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements — is prohibited. tk8888 may void bonuses and withhold withdrawals pending investigation where abuse is suspected.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

Each game is governed by its own specific rules as displayed within the game interface. 9.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk8888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game data displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

9.3 tk8888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, telecommunications failures, power disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions on online services.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 You may request the closure of your tk8888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

10.2 tk8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

11. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
